I’ve been an athlete my whole life, playing multiple sports before competing in archery and softball in college. Along the way, I fell in love with Muay Thai, training for over five years, which fueled my passion for strength and movement. Like many people, I enjoyed the feeling of lifting weights but found the traditional gym routine boring and hard to stick with. That’s why my training approach is different—I make lifting fun, engaging, and functional by incorporating balance, mobility, and overall athleticism into every workout. As a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I help clients build strength, confidence, and endurance through strength training, and functional fitness. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve mobility, my goal is to make training something you enjoy and can stick with for life.
