James enjoys the results from the process of having fitness as a lifestyle: Feeling great, staying in shape, losing weight and inspiring others to attain their goals. Iron Core BootCamp provides great formats (Interval and Strength Classes) for “athletic-minded” individuals to work at their peak for a finite period of time.
